Cancellations & No Show Policy

Your appointment is very important to Pure Aqua Day Spa, it is reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Our appointments are re-confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months ago.

- NO SHOW: A no show is simply when you do not show up for your appointment.

- In the case of two (2) No Shows you will be asked to pay a 50% booking deposit before you make your next appointment which will not be refunded, but will be deducted from your balance on the day of your treatment.

- Cancellation - Please give at least 24-48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment or you will be charged for the time reserved. Failure to provide 24-48 hours notice in cancelling an appointment will result in a 50% charge being made on your next booking. However, as we understand that sometimes it is unavoidable to cancel an appointment, we normally charge $20.00 for a missed or late cancellation until 3 charges have been incurred and then after that we would charge 50% of any further missed or cancelled appointments.

- For treatments over 90 minutes a 50% deposit will be required when booking. Non-attendance or late cancellation will result in this deposit being retained.

- Gift Vouchers: Please note that if you are using a gift voucher and arrive late your treatment time will be reduced. Cancellations require 24-48 hours notice or 50% will be deducted off the value of your voucher. If you do not show for your booking then the gift voucher will be voided.

Spa Etiquette, how to get the most out of your visit to the Spa.

At Pure Aqua Day Spa our goal is to make your time with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. So that you may completely surrender to your spa experience, here are a few helpful points of etiquette that will enhance your time with us.

When to arrive: We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to check-in, complete a consultation form and relax before commencing your treatment.

What if I'm late for my appointment?: This is your special time, so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will simply limit the length of your treatment and therefore lessen your time spent with us. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next guest and will be charged the scheduled fee as per original booking.

Cancellations: We require 48-24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. Anything outside of this time will be charged according to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Spa Environment: We pride ourselves on providing a luxuriously presented and inviting environment for you to escape the stresses of the outside world.
